Hiring Policy

If you are a new graduate of a beauty school, Brilliance Salon and Spa may hire you as a “Spa Assistant” for up to six weeks. Spa Assistant positions are temporary and allow a person to continue working while waiting for exams or other paperwork.

Brilliance Salon and Spa has an ongoing education system for all employees. Apprentices and Spa Assistants are required to participate in continuing education twice a year as provided by Aveda and Brilliance Salon and Spa.
